Darlington Landlords

Case Study
Darlington landlords came to Rombus to develop a new Property Hot Line system. Originally they had a database that was being used to populate their website with property information, and a data feed which had been commissioned to offer the property’s in the database to other sources.
Rombus took their data feed and used it to automatically program and update a telephone system using text to speech technology and IP Telephony technology hosted by Rombus.
Rombus also created software to allow Darlington landlords to log into a dedicated cloud solution and manage the telephone system which uses information updated in the central data base and transfers it into the telephone system to provide callers with the latest property information.
Rombus has made the properties featured on the http://letslet.net/ website accessible via a telephone system which allows end users to log their interest. If users register interest in a property, the voicemail left by the user is emailed to the landlord responsible for that property, along with an SMS to inform them they have interest in one of their properties.
